Communications & Divisional Services

Communications & Divisional services are responsible for developing implementing and facilitating the ongoing management of Facilities Management's (FMD) communication plan and strategies. We ensure the campus community and FMD understand the strategic directions (visions) and stewardship roles of the division and how they support the University Integrated Plan.

We are also responsible for customer invoice, complaint and inquiries; human resource absence management, records mgmt and overall divisional support.

In addition we provide leadership and support for some human resource programs and services that include labour relations, collective agreement interpretation, employee recognition and service programs.
