Capital Planning & Sustainability

Capital Planning & Sustainability is responsible for the planning, development and management of capital building adaptation and upgrade programs. They formulate budgetary structure for the physical renewal of all University facilities (buildings) and municipal (roads/walks/grounds) and site infrastructure (below grade services) assets. They are also the sustainable development operation of the campus including applying sustainability principles in renewal and adaptation of existing assets and new facilities such as energy and water usage, waste management, transportation, municipal, landscape as well as environmental health.
