The Customer Service Centre (CSC) serves as liason between customers, zone staff and central FMD services.  CSC staff are often the first point of contact for FMD services, including general FMD inquiries, service requests, emergency maintenance and repair requests.  CSC is responsible for dispatching service personnel and assisting with the coordination of project delivery and work management services.  The Customer Service Centre is utlimately responsible for the client experience by ensuring appropriate follow up and the client's needs are addressed.
