The Operations and Maintenance group ensures a safe and sustainable U of S campus. Our embedded Zone Team members are readily available to support you with any building-related problem and connect you to the wide range of services provided in our divsiion.
There are three ways to get our team working for you

In an emergency – such as floods, blackouts, or large leaks—call our Customer Service Centre ( 306) 966-4496. We’ll work with you to understand the problem and ensure the right service provider is dispatched immediately.
- Submit a Customer Request by completing a FMD Customer Request
- Get hands on help - Contact your Zone Manager
If you need a litte more guidance or have a concern to discuss in person, our Zone Managers are ready to help you with any facilities related problem.
