The Major Project Governance Structure was approved by the Board of Governors on December 13, 2003. Each project will include:
Key Roles

Executive Sponsor
- Provides executive overview & direction based o the institution's strategic directions

Steering Committee
- Provide an overview of the project development
- Responsible for major policy, financial and planning decisions
- Estimated 4 meetings per year

Academic Program Coordinator
- Provides summary definition of intent and scope of project for consideration and ratification by Steering Committee

Working Groups
- Oversee the development of programme, design & contract documentation of specific functional areas
- Liaison between Users and Academic Program Coordinator
